Job Summary

This position is key in the organization, as it ensures technical activities support the delivery of Unique Instrument’s strategic objectives.

The goal is to configure/install/maintain equipment for clients as well as carry out user training after installation.


  • Preparation and carrying out of Service and maintenance contracts with new and existing customers
  • Manage technicality of equipment request to ensure compliance with specifications and service delivery standards to clients.
  • Repairs and maintenance of equipment for clients.
  • Installation of equipment.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Provide service delivery that promotes the technical ability of Unique Instruments
  • Record equipment serial number on installation

Job Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Must have good knowledge of equipment installation
  • Experience in Instrument repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to be creative and innovative
  • At least 1-year cognate experience in Engineering/ Science related environments
  • An understanding of the long-term goals of work unit and an appreciation of the goals of Unique Instrument Ltd.
