Job Summary
This position is key in the organization, as it ensures technical activities support the delivery of Unique Instrument’s strategic objectives.
The goal is to configure/install/maintain equipment for clients as well as carry out user training after installation.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and carrying out of Service and maintenance contracts with new and existing customers
- Manage technicality of equipment request to ensure compliance with specifications and service delivery standards to clients.
- Repairs and maintenance of equipment for clients.
- Installation of equipment.
- Providing a high standard of customer service.
- Provide service delivery that promotes the technical ability of Unique Instruments
- Record equipment serial number on installation
Job Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Must have good knowledge of equipment installation
- Experience in Instrument repairs and maintenance
- Ability to be creative and innovative
- At least 1-year cognate experience in Engineering/ Science related environments
- An understanding of the long-term goals of work unit and an appreciation of the goals of Unique Instrument Ltd.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on qualification and previous experience)
